The Library
Capacity: 20-25 People
Cost: $60/hour (2 hour minimum)
The Library offers a tech-friendly work space with a welcoming feel. With room for up to 20-25 people, it also has the convenience of catering from the coffee shop—making it ideal for smaller gatherings such as book clubs, workshops, business meetings, cohorts, and more. Perfect whether you're seeking a quiet spot to work or a place to collaborate with others.
The East Wing
Capacity: 50 People
Cost: $100/hour (2 hour minimum)
The East Wing is separate from the main area of the coffee shop and gives a larger setting for gatherings. The layout encourages a natural flow of movement, allowing guests to comfortably sit, stand, mingle, and entertain. Whether it's hosting speakers or other large events, the East Wing provides ample room and flexibility.
The Venue
Capacity: 200 People
Cost: $200/hour* (2 hour minimum)
The Venue is our largest indoor space. With the capacity for seating up to 200 people, a full sound board, and elevated stage, the Venue is the perfect spot for concerts, trainings, and large speaking events. Bring the party!

Local Good Coffee Co. is a non-profit coffee shop with a focused mission and many event inquiries. Our goal is to host events that are community forward and align with our vision of supporting the local good. Per our non-profit status, please note some events we cannot host, including but not limited to:
Personal events, such as birthday parties, graduation parties, bridal showers, baby showers… etc.
Any for-profit events
Sports practices
Reoccurring meetings
Political or religious events that go against Local Good Coffee Co. values.

All events are given the option to order food and drinks from Local Good Coffee Co. in advance of their event. Contact our program director for details. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Special exceptions for items not offered by Local Good Coffee Co. may be discussed with the Program Director.

We do not reserve the pickleball courts.

If the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the event, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded. The other 50% is retained to cover costs we incurred preparing for your event.

Please know, we are not an event center, we are a non-profit coffee shop with a focused mission. Located near US Highway 75 in Central Plano, the Local Good Coffee Co. offers unique spaces with great amenities for people to gather and connect.
This form helps gather the initial information we need to review your request.
When reviewing requests, we consider our space availability, staff bandwidth, the purpose of the event, and the benefit to the community.
Please note that personal parties (birthdays, graduations, baby showers, etc), Profit-driven events, and fundraisers are not allowed.
Request should be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks in advance but no more than 6 months in the future.
